Once you Pre-Enroll your child, you will receive an email in a few days to start the full Enrollment process through the Parent Portal.

- Birth Certificates
- Immunization Record
- CIB Number (child or guardian), if applicable
- Valid Arizona License/Identification Card or Recent Utility Bill
