STAYING AT CURRENT SCHOOL
Please complete the forms to ensure your child’s placement at your current school. These forms must be completed by July 15, 2022. If you have any questions, contact your child’s school.
Directions for Enrollment:
Log into your Parent Portal account at thefort.powerschool.com.
Click on Forms on the left hand side.
Choose the Enrollment tab at the top of the page.
There are 12 forms to review/complete. Some forms are just for review. Please open, review, make changes if needed, and submit again.
Be sure to do this for each of your children.

Eye Exams and Glasses
Device Use Agreement
Notification of FERPA

Your child’s enrollment is not complete until you have confirmation from the school. Look for an email confirmation prior to July 15, 2022.
REQUESTING A TRANSFER (not 7th or 8th grade)
If you want your child to transfer to the other elementary school or other High School (9-12 grade), you will need to complete the above enrollment process at your current school AND go to the school of your choice to request a transfer before July 15, 2022.
Transfers will be based on class size and your child may be placed on a waitlist. You will receive a confirmation from the school of choice about once you are on the waiting list.
